Modest March Fashion Week~Day 2

It looked pretty dreary out this morning, but the sun burst through the clouds this afternoon!

This is an outfit that I tend to wear a lot! =)

I wear these a lot too!

• Purple flower shirt {Kohl's (borrowed from Grace)}
• Black tiered skirt {Goodwill}
• Black lace leggings {JCP's}
• Black flower flip-flops {Kohl's}
• Purple drop earrings {Kohl's (again, borrowed from Grace =D)}

Modest March Fashion Week~Day 1

What a beautiful day to start off the Modest March Fashion Week! It actually feels like spring...so breezy and cool.

What I wore and where I got it:

• Purple and black plaid button-down shirt {Kohl's (borrowed from Grace)}
• Brown sequin skirt {Cato's (Bought it at a garage sale for a dollar!)}
• Brown clogs {Kohl's}
• Gold stud earrings {Claire's}

Colorful beaded bracelet from my cousin. =) You'll see it in all of my pictures this week because I wear it all the time. I tend to wear my bracelets 'til they fall off or break.=D

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Green eggs and fruit salad!

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Two of my sisters and I made green eggs and fruit salad this morning. We had a spur-of-the-moment garage sale after breakfast. It went really well. There were a ton of customers (maybe because my mom wore a green wig!) and we made around seventy dollars. Check out my mom's blog!

Michelle, who had her wisdom teeth out three days ago, even came out for a bit of it! We sold some brownies too. =) Our sweet neighbor gave us ten dollars for one brownie!

I'm lovin' Picmonkey! Aren't the daisies so cute?

Thankfully, there is a Blessing Bash happening in a few days, so we bagged up the remaining items and loaded the back of the Suburban. It's nice to do some spring cleaning. =)

Turtle-sitting!

 We have a temporary house-guest. It's a turtle. About a week ago, our neighbor asked us if we would mind watching him while she and her family went on vacation.

Tonight, my sister Grace and I took a LOT of pictures of him. Whenever he saw the camera flash, he squirmed, making the picture blurry. We did get a few good ones, though. So, I thought I'd share those pictures of this cute little guy. =P

We are also pet-sitting our neighbor's beta fish, Bluey. Maybe I'll get around to posting pictures of him soon. =D
